Amazon Bedrock Model access payment instrument error

For service provider AISPL (India), I am getting INVALID PAYMENT INSTRUMENT error upon requesting model access except for Amazon Titan, Mistral AI, and Meta Llama 3 Instruct models. Any suggestions what do I need to do? I have credit card set as default payment method. Thanks

According to the AWS Docs, only certain models are available for Bedrock support in the Mumbai region.
