Share data between connect flow and third-party applications integrated to the agent console

Wondering how I can share data between my Amazon Connect flow instance and a third-party application, so that I can dynamically pull data from the customer profile/system endpoint and send it to the third-party app. Specifically, I need to capture the phone number of the customer calling and have the third-party app present data based on that phone number.

This is what you need https://docs.aws.amazon.com/agentworkspace/latest/devguide/what-is-service.html

You need to add the sdk to your 3rd party application and then you can get access to the information required.
