How to remove cloudwatch alarm metric

I do not understand this line in my billing.

$0.10 per alarm metric month (standard resolution) - US East (Northern Virginia)
4.936 Alarms	USD 0.49

I am not sure which resource to remove in order to avoid this expense.

That billing is due to the creation of CloudWatch Alarm.
If the alarm is deleted in the target region, it will not be charged.
