CloudShell doesn't work for root and other users

I get this error when trying to access CloudShell

Unable to start the environment. To retry, refresh the browser or restart by selecting Actions, Restart AWS CloudShell. System error: Environment was in state: CREATION_FAILED. Expected environment to be in state: RUNNING. To retry, refresh the browser or restart by selecting Actions, Restart AWS CloudShell.

Hello. Error message is indicating there was an issue while creating your AWS CloudShell environment and it is in a state of CREATION_FAILED. To resolve, try to restart the environment by selecting the "Actions" button and then "Restart AWS CloudShell" like below screenshot: Enter image description here

Additionally, confirm that no CloudShell quota is exceeded for your account. Refer: Service quotas and restrictions for AWS CloudShell
