How should the administrator configure personal access token after enabling MFA for amazon workmail accounts

I have created two users under organization in amazon workmail . I have enabled MFA for both accounts . How do I configure personal access token ??

HI,

Administrators cannot create personal access tokens, only users can do that via the WebMail.
