Kinesis Webrtc on raspberry pi using rtsp cameras for audio and video signaling channel

Hello,

I can not find any good examples of using aws webrtc with IP cameras on rtsp. I see many examples for cameras that are directly attached to the linux machine but no network IP cameras. I wish to setup up about 3 cameras on ip rtsp and using webrtc to stream them to webrtc aws. I built the original system using aws producer cpp sdk but the latency is killing me 3-10 seconds and want a faster solution.
