Cache cluster stuck on taking backup and delete

I initiated a manual delete of my Redis cache cluster with ID inf-ex-ygonyr7hlpjz and ticked the box asking whether to take one last backup.
It has now been stuck in the deleting state for more than two hours, and the back up is stuck in the creating state.

I would definitely like a backup before deleting. I searched the forum and found people waiting for days. Any advice?

I have deleted cache clusters before without a problem.
