Network Error when enabling CORS on API

I have couple of resources in my AWS API Gateway and each of them have a POST API that invokes Lambda function. In order to support the CORS, I am trying to enable the CORS on each of resources in API Gateway. However I get an error Stating "Network Failure". Has anyone has any idea whats wrong ?
