Debian 12 (arm64) aka Bookworm is available on AWS Marketplace directly from Debian.
Highlights include cloud optimized Linux 6.1 kernel with support for Enhanced Networking and Elastic Network Adaptor (ENA) networking. These AMIs include awscli version 2, cloud-init, and boto.
As per Pricing section, product cost is free, you only pay for EC2 cost
