RDS public snapshot owner identity

A previous developer created RDs public snapshots. There are 40 separate accounts. I did not authorize these public snapshots. i would like to identify the owners of the RDs public snapshots.

How do I identify the owners of the public snapshots?

Hello.

The AWS account ID is listed in the owner column of the public snapshot.

I would like to know who these accounts belong to. They are not my AWS account numbers.

This column displays more than just AWS accounts that you own. In other words, if a user other than you who owns the AWS account sets the RDS snapshot to public sharing, anyone can check it on the screen above.
