AWS DeepRacer リーグへの参加ルール

自分のAWSアカウントで作成しないといけないはずなのでルートアカウント (ルートユーザ) レベルで違うとダメだと思います。
以下のように記載されていました。

You may only compete with your own Reinforcement Learning models or the stock AWS DeepRacer Reinforcement Learning models provided by AWS in the AWS DeepRacer console. You may only submit your models to the AWS DeepRacer League using one AWS Account. Any user suspected of racing with multiple AWS accounts simultaneously will be disqualified from the Contest.
