Corrupted Binary Files

I uploaded some image and video files via API Gateway. But all the files uploaded are corrupted since I have not set multipart/form-data in API Gateway Setting. I need all these files to be recovered as original data. Is there any way to recover the corrupted files in its original form. The files are crucial to the business.

Uploaded via API Gateway to where? Where are they stored - S3?

    Files are stored in JBoss server not in S3. And Api Gateway works as service proxy.
