Audio Sync Issues

I'm having an issue with audio sync with DCV on G4dn instances.
I'm getting anywhere from 1-10 tenths of a second behind. I'm using the instances for video editing so having the audio lag behind frames makes it very difficult on audio-intensive projects.
Any help would be much appreciated!

In recent DCV versions the native DCV Client has an option "Sync Audio and Video" in the upper left pull-down.
