Can I connect to dynamoDB local using NoSQL Workbench for Amazon DynamoDB?
Is there an option such as --endpoint-url?

Currently the workbench does not support DynamoDB Local.

You can also try Dynobase, an alternative interface for DynamoDB which supports both DynamoDB Local, Localstack and --endpoint-url option.
