Elastic IP address not attached to a running instance per hour (prorated):Still It is Charging amount

Question

Hi Team,

I found similar questions related to "Elastic IP address not attached to a running instance", But still it is charging some amount. I have tried Free tier account for few days. And Released all the resources that I have created. But still I am getting invoices for services. 
May I know which service charges it is taking?

Hello there,

Elastic IP Addresses are free whilst attached to an instance. You'll need to check which regions you've got  Elastic IP Addresses running in, it might be that you've got multiple Elastic IP Addresses in other regions as well. Once you've found out which regions your Elastic IP Addresses are in, you can then release all your Elastic IP Addresses, and stop all further charges.
