Configuration and cost management for iam user

Question

Is it possible to manage the fleet, stack, and user pool configurations and divide the costs by Iam user even if these are under the same root user?
Any advice or suggestion is appreciated. thanks in advance.

Yes, via tagging the fleet and stacks properly. You could only allow the IAM User the ability to create fleets and stacks where the tags match what you have set for the user. Then designate these tag(s) as cost allocation tags.
