Accessing CCP from Amazon Connect instance page defaults to CCP version 2 (/ccp-v2). If you want to use the old CCP, you can directly access it by adding /ccp# in your Amazon Connect Access URL in a web browser. Example:
https://<<your-amazon-connect-access-url>>/ccp#

Thanks, tried that and it works, however a bit messy. Is there anyway to revert back so it loads automatically when launched from the dashboard?
