The exchange is also taking place in this GitHub Issue.
Available in RDS PostgreSQL, but not yet in RDS Aurora PostgreSQL.
It is unclear when this will be addressed, but it is possible that it will be in the future.

pgvector is now supported in Aurora https://aws.amazon.com/about-aws/whats-new/2023/07/amazon-aurora-postgresql-pgvector-vector-storage-similarity-search/
