How do I create a private offer for my product?

Hi. I am a seller on AWS marketplace and I want to create a private offer to offer a discount to my client.

But I can't figure out how to create my private offer. I have studied AWS documentation and videos on Youtube and that only made me more confused.

If I follow this link : https://aws.amazon.com/marketplace/management/offers/, I can create a private offer, but the form looks nothing like the video (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=PVL4069oqC0) and there is no way to establish any other duration but annual.

I can't find any specific AWS article that covers how to CREATE a private offer, not just subscribe to it. What am I doing wrong?
