Elasticache Endpoint migration stuck on 'Migrating' status

I've successfully initiated Endpoint migration for Elasticache Redis Cluster. After a few hours status is still set on 'Migrating' I'm debating if I should stop migration manually and wanted to find out more why it didn't complete
