How can I avoid route 53 billing?

I am new to AWS. I hosted a little website on free tier AWS EC2, also registered a domain name. All was OK when I was learning. I was so happy when I had my own website and domain name. But I felt surprised when I checked my billing dashboard. The bill for "Amazon Route 53 APS1-ResolverNetworkInterface" of this month (only 6 days) is about USD60. The average daily cost for it should be USD10. My website is not for business. I think the cost was too expensive. So how can I avoid it? Thanks.

To add more details. I did not configure any inbound endpoints and outbound endpoints. There is only a rules names as "Internet Resolver" which I cannot delete it.
