Hello.
I think it's difficult for re:Post users to judge based on that message alone.
For example, if the TLD of the domain you are trying to register is not supported by Route53, or if it has already been registered by another user, an error will occur.(There are multiple other causes of the error.)
Are there any other error messages output?
As per the error message, I think it would be better to contact AWS Support.

Thank you for your response. the domain name is available. i use .com domain. i created a ticket yesterday but no one is answering till now.
