Cannot add payment card: The card number isn't valid. Enter a valid card number.

Helllo,

I am new to amazon aws. I am trying to add my payment visa card to my account at https://us-east-1.console.aws.amazon.com/billing/home?region=eu-central-1#/paymentpreferences/paymentmethod/add website tells me that "The card number isn't valid. Enter a valid card number." I confirmed card number. Card is surely valid.

Does amazon aws means that they do not support my visa card? If so why do they phrase it that way as the card would be invalid then? It seems more that they just don't support it?

I do not have another card to use. How can I make amazon aws to accept my valid card so I can use aws amazon ec2?

Thank you

Hello.
If it is a VISA card, it can basically be used.

If the credit card you have cannot be registered, you should contact AWS using the form below.
