Windows upgrade from 2016 version to 2019 or 2022 using amazon document with ssm

Hello everyone, I am trying to upgrade a window 2016 instance to 2019 version and 2022 version. I have tried multiple time but it fails on step 5 (runUpgradeFrom2012R2Or2016 ). I am using the AWSEC2-CloneInstanceAndUpgradeWindows documentation for automation purpose.

I have given required iam role permission, enabled TLS 1.2 and all other required prerequisites. Please let me know if anything I can do. Thanks and Regards Jeet Dagar

You must validate that you have the last SSM Agent installed
