Issue with claiming 2nd DID number

I tried to claim the 2nd DID number for my 1st Amazon Instance, but showing an error like "You've reached the limit of Phone Numbers. To increase the limit, contact support." How can I solve this issue? I am using AWS free account with a basic support plan.

Hi there!

Please file a service quota increase for phone numbers on your instance using the AWS Management Console. AWS Support can assist in raising service limits.

Hi Nishat,

Your 2nd line is not necessarily to be as same as inbound line. choose another country, usually US lines are available and will not ask you for limit increase.

  • I tried, other countries line too. But it's showing the same error yet. Is there any app available for calling using that app, so I can call and test my flow?
