AWS organization create policy hangs - bug

Hi guys, please see this problem. Under aws organizations- policies- service control policies - create a policy and chose aws service such as s3 or rds. this causes aws organization hangs and it requires exit and come back. but it happens again.

    I tried what you say but I do not see the behavior you describe. Can you try it in a different browser?
