NICE DCV WebClient crashing on Touch (ipad & iphone)

Hi, we are using the latest version of NICE DCV Server on a Windows EC2 instance (g5.4xlarge) and connect to it using a custum built client with the NICE DCV Web sdk. While it works stable on desktop we found that on touch (tested on iPad and iPhone) it first works normally but after some time the image freezes. We know the app itself we are streaming is not crashing, as we can reload and therefore reconnect and the stream works again as expected. We know NICE DCV is not officially supported on mobile but as far as I understood on iPad it should work.

Any ideas what should be updated in our Client or Server to prevent these crashes in the frontend?

Hello, thank you so much for posting this question!

Kindly note that currently NICE DCV is not supported on mobile operating systems IOS/Android and it is on our roadmap . That being said, since an iPad uses IOS it is currently not supported, hence we can not guarantee that it will work seamlessly. The supported operating systems are Windows, macOS, and Linux.
