Error message: Additional Verification Required

0

Hello,

I am hitting the following error message when attempting to make an ACM certificate request: "Error message: Additional Verification Required".

I am confused, as my domain is not a top ranked domain. And the domain is already verified in existing ACM certificates.

It is a .by domain

How can we get this unblocked.

Thanks

Hello,

I understand you are receiving the error "Additional Verification Required." This means that ACM requires additional information to process this certificate request. This occurs as a fraud-protection measure if your domain ranks within the Alexa top 1000 websites. I see that you have mentioned that your domain is not present in this list and also that you already have some certificates issued for this domain.

Since re:Post is a public platform, it isn't recommended to discuss in detail regarding your domain and the ACM certificate request over this platform for security and privacy reasons. The best way to resolve this issue is to file a ticket with AWS Support so that we can troubleshoot the root cause for this issue and help you resolve it.
