Long story short.
It turns out, you can't use "card group" prompts in a AWS Connect!
When ever you add a card prompt it just errors.
I built a brand new bot and tested each step at a time. As soon as I added in a card prompt, it causes the flow to go to an error.
Once I generated the error, I took the prompt card out again and it works without errors.
Its a shame that this error isn't visible in the Cloudwatch logs, instead it just shows "error". It would be nice to drill down further into any error, because "error" could mean thousands of different things.
