Hi Daniel,
Based on your conditions, you can use the built-in functions and expressions available in QuickSight.
Here's a list of the available functions: https://docs.aws.amazon.com/quicksight/latest/user/functions.html
You can also sort those per category: https://docs.aws.amazon.com/quicksight/latest/user/functions-by-category.html
When you click on the dataset you want to base your calculations on, you can then create your calculated field and in the formula editor, you can add your expression.

Are 1 and 2 referring to the name of the fields in your data set ? What are the fields and their type here ?
