Glacier backup task failed “need to upgrade”

Hi. My synology NAS glacier backup app suddenly stopped backing up. The error message is “Backup failed, task nameofthetask need to upgrade”. There is zero info on this type of error message so I came here for help.

Hi,

Looking at synology web site to configure for Amazon Glacier, https://kb.synology.com/en-ca/DSM/help/GlacierBackup/help?version=7

Tasks will be upgraded after the package has been upgraded. You cannot backup, restore, explore, or delete the task if it is upgrading. If task upgrade fails, please go to Support Center > Contact Support for more assistance.
