I'm getting this error-
Failed to create a data import job for user-item interaction dataset.
Insufficient privileges for accessing data in S3. Please look at https://docs.aws.amazon.com/personalize/latest/dg/granting-personalize-s3-access.html and ensure your role is configured correctly.

As the error states, you need to check the IAM policy attached to the Amazon Personalize service role.
What are the current settings in the IAM policy?
Are access rights to S3 set?
