AWS not responding within 24 hours for SES: Production Access ?

Case ID xxxxxxxxxxx

Aws is not responding for my request for SES: Production Access , they asked for details i have given them , but no response , anyone from aws team look into it, last responded Mon Oct 23 2023 08:02:05 GMT+0530 (India Standard Time).
