Hi, i am using SES for sending mail from my application. my SES under Production but still i cannot able to send to mail all recipients. when i try to send mail to other than @gmail.com. it shows email not verified message. can you help to shortout this issue

Make sure that the AWS Region you're using to send email is the same as the region where you received production access. According to the SES documentation, "the sandbox status for your account is unique per each AWS Region."

In other words, if your account was removed from the sandbox in the us-east-1 region, you won't be able to send through the us-west-2 region because you're still in the sandbox in us-west-2.

i have a production access for the us-east-1 region, but still when i try to send email through SES SMTP credentials, i got a error message like "Restricted in West region" even i am in East-1 Region.
