AWS Exam reschedule

I had my AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner (CLF-C02) exam scheduled for today, but unfortunately, I was unable to proceed due to a sudden medical emergency that required immediate hospitalization. On top of this, I also faced login difficulties at the time of the exam, which further prevented me from joining the session. Since the emergency was completely unexpected, I could not resolve the issue in time or attend the exam. I kindly request your support in rescheduling my exam to a later date.
