AWS SES paused. No replies on chat.

Hi There,

I SES account has been paused due to hard bounce emails, but we've resolved the issue with our mailer, listmonk, but after communicating the same on support ticket, still no answers from SES team.

Which Support level are you on? Consider escalating through your TAM if you have one.

Atleast raise the ticket level to highest your support level permits.
