aws login error

When I try to log in to aws with my original ID, it asks me to enter mfa. I didn't know what mfa was, so I verified my email, but suddenly it asked me to verify my phone. When trying to verify mobile phone, aws returns a message saying 'request failed' and there is no call. Dozens of aws emails suspected of being hacked are coming to my email. I need to log in to check, but I can't log in due to an aws phone authentication problem. I'm trying to make an inquiry, but it asks me to log in to make an inquiry. I can't log in because the aws login is not made properly. How do I log in; 1. How to solve login problems? 2. If a lot of money is withdrawn from the card due to aws login problem, will aws compensate me? (This account is another account)

I've seen the phone verification fail in the past because the country code is missing from the phone number. No help this time but worth checking when you get back in.
