Data Sync in bedrock knowledge base is failing

I am experiencing a failure with Data Sync in a Bedrock Knowledge Base, receiving the error: "The server encountered an internal error while processing the request." How can I troubleshoot this issue? Additionally, how can I use the sync job ID to retrieve more details about the failure?

    enabled cloud watch logs and checked, found this "status": "EMBEDDING_FAILED" "status_reasons": [ "Invalid parameter combination. Please check and try again. (Service: BedrockRuntime, Status Code: 400, Request ID: <id>)" im using embedding model Cohere Embed Multilingualv3

    what could be the issue here? there are more that 700 files and this issue is happening for only 1 file
