Hi, our instances have pre-determined "t-shirt" sizes. You are not able to set the vCPU and memory amounts on your own. You need to pick the best match from our pre-set list of instance types and sizes.
To be able to get a Nvidia T4 GPU you would look at the G4dn instance family. In there the smallest machine you can start with is called G4dn.xlarge with 2 vCPU and 16 GiB of memory. From there the vCPU and memory count doubles with every step on the "t-shirt" size.
