Linking IAM Identity center accounts to existing Quicksight users

We have an existing Quicksight environment with different users, who have access via IAM or email address. Now we want to create users via IAM Identity center and link them to the existing Quicksight users. We want to keep the existing dashboards/data on the Quicksight accounts

Is this possible, if so how?

You can link AWS Identity Center to Amazon Quicksight by doing the following: https://docs.aws.amazon.com/prescriptive-guidance/latest/quicksight-access-approach/iam-identity-center.html

Once services are linked, then assign AWS Identity Center users as Co-Owners of the Dashboards in Amazon Quicksight: https://docs.aws.amazon.com/quicksight/latest/user/share-a-dashboard-grant-access-users.html
