Failed to connect to my instance and server

I have an EC2 server, now I can't connect to the server using SSH service, and I can't communicate by pinging the server IP. It was working before until last week 31 Otc. Already stopped and restared the instance, but it doesn't work. Who can help to see what the problem is?

I would like suggest you to read Why is my EC2 Linux instance unreachable and failing one or both of its status checks? There are several points to review and identify failure causes even you could read some troubleshooting steps to resolve it.

Thank you. I had read it before, it doesn't help. Now technical support ask me to do the recovery instance.

They ask me do the recovery instance.
