Instance EC2 won't start

My EC2 has stopped after doing a force stop action But not my instance won't start .. 1 validation error detected: Value 'unknown-stopped' at 'instanceReservationDetails.1.member.virtState' failed to satisfy constraint: Member must satisfy enum value set: [terminated, shutting-down, stopped, stopping, pending, running]

Could you help please ?
