Cloud9 Enhanced Java support is not available in my environment even though it should be

Cloud9 Preferences - Project Settings - Java support says, "Enhanced Java support is only available on environments with Node.js 12+ and at least 2GiB of memory."

Since I am running a t3.small (2 GiB RAM + 2 vCPU) and the Amazon Linux console says Node.js 20.10.0 is running, it should be available, right?
