Getting Access Denied AWS Lambda Main Dashboard

0

I am the root user of my AWS account. My AWS is showing Access Denied in my Lamda dashboard. Is my only option to contact AWS Support?

I had set up Remotion JS Lambda functionality and had it working fine yesterday. Today all my lambda calls resulted in an Access Denied unknown error and upon further investigation I discovered that even with all my Remotion configurations removed (IAM Role Policy, Role, User), my Lambda Dashboard and Functions in AWS shows this error.

There doesn't seem to be too much support online regarding this matter and I'm worried I have to pay $30 to pay for amazon AWS support as it may be an issue on their end.

Hello.

I've seen the same error in the past.
I was able to resolve it by contacting AWS support.
This is most likely an AWS issue, so I recommend opening a case with AWS Support under "Account and billing."
"Account and billing" inquiries are free of charge.
