Only one ECS fargate task execute successfully.

I am trying to use an ECS task to auto-scale a Laravel application. However, it seems that only one task can successfully start and the other tasks can't reach the healthy state. it seems weird that one task which is the first one starts but the others can't.

Are there any errors in the log of tasks that failed to start?

    I am using Roadrunner for php. Those tasks that have problems in starting, never show any error or any successful start log. The only notable behavior is that only the first container starts.
