Using Aurora Postgres with MSSQL Linked Server

Question

Is it possible to setup a linked server connection between Aurora or RDS (PostgreSQL) and an on-prem MSSQL server using ****Windows authentication**** with the on-prem Active Directory (and its AD-Connector on AWS)?
The purpose of this setup is for ongoing work, not a migration, and ideally, we would like to create a single connection to the AWS database which will in turn query the on-prem DB and fetch data from there for our query.

I am familiar with this blog post: https://aws.amazon.com/blogs/database/implement-linked-servers-with-amazon-rds-for-microsoft-sql-server/ but it doesn't mention Windows Authentication.

You may want to check out if the tds_fdw extension is supported on your Aurora PostgreSQL version: https://docs.aws.amazon.com/AmazonRDS/latest/AuroraPostgreSQLReleaseNotes/AuroraPostgreSQL.Extensions.html#AuroraPostgreSQL.Extensions.14
