AWS CloudShell Migration

The only change we have made in the S3 home directory is the creation of various buckets (which have files stored in them). Given that, do I need to do anything to prepare for the upcoming CloudShell Migration?

No. Whatever changes you made to S3 and other services will remain unaffected by this migration.
The only possible impact is if you wrote some very OS specific code on the Cloudshell instance, but you would know if you did.
