Voicemail for Amazon Connect in the UI

When a Voicemail is left, the dynamo db which receives the voicemail audio dynamically contains all the data such as ContactId, ReaderId, RecordingURL and etc... I'm not able to access the recordingURL for which I'm getting 404 error. I would like to display the voicemail in the UI that I've customized. How to access the recording URL?
