I have not heard about the business foundations course but you can check Skillbuilder

for all course contents (600+) provided by amazon

For the AWS Cloud Institute (ACI), you can go to your specific course on your ACI learner's dashboard and, under Overview, scroll all the way down to the Course Description. You can also "view all optional events" for all the Webex links to Office Hours and Fun Fridays.

The closest we have to full syllabus at the moment is in week 1 of the business foundations course. If you check the program overview there is a description for all 7 modules of ABF as well as the rest of the courses in the program
