3cx duplicate instances

why do every time I create 3cx instance for a customer. after installation I found 2 instances instead of 1?

What does '3cx; mean? How are you creating them? CloudFormation? LaunchTemplate? Console?

maybe you can communicate with AWS Support directly or you can check your CloudTrail logs how the second instance created
